Dashboard gives a quick overview of your Persoo account.
- Transactions affected – Number of transactions, that were affected by at least 1 click on any Persoo box in the last 30 days
- Revenue affected – Revenue of the transactions from point 1 above
- Unique purchases affected – how many product types were in the transactions from point 1 (e.g. if you buy an Xbox and 2 additional controllers, that is 2 unique purchases)
- Items quantity affected – how many items in total were in transactions from point 1 (i.e. an Xbox and 2 additional controllers are 3 items in total)
- Recommended items quantity – how many items recommended by Persoo were clicked, added to basket and bought at any point in time
- Recommended items revenue – how much revenue products from point 5 brought
- Recommended unique purchases – in how many transactions were the products above bought
Scenario cards
Each scenario has it’s own card with main metrics.
- Chart of the main metric (CTR in this example)
- CTR – Click Through Ratio – ratio between clicks and impressions
- Impressions – how many times the scenario was displayed (only those that were actually visible on the screen; hidden below the “fold” do not count”)
- Clicks – how many times the scenario was clicked on
- Transactions – in how many transactions were products, that were displayed in this scenario, bought
- Revenue – how much revenue did the products from point 5 made
Identifications statistics
Shows ratio of visitor identifications. Usually shows “Anonymous” and “email”, but can contain also different identifiers depending on the implementation.
- Anonymous – number of visitors which we identify only by their Cookie ID
- email – visitors, for which we also know their email address
